We may have set a record for the city’s smallest addition. With a 2’x3′ footprint we added a whopping 6 square feet to this house. But man did that 6 square feet make a difference. What was once a small eating nook, the addition allowed us to extend the kitchen to a proper size on a functional and entertaining level. Walls were opened up and an arch integrated. A walnut butcher block countertop sets the mood for the bar seating.
