The Harts didn’t have to go far to find the lot for their new home, it was right across the street. Loving the neighborhood, they bought the house right outside their front door. We leveled the home to the subfloor, saving tens of thousands of dollars in city permit costs by being able to call it a “remodel”. We had a blast working with the Harts to design and select materials for the new transitional style home. Many of the elements that went into the home were centered around entertaining. From the expansive kitchen to the rollup glass garage door and built-in kegerator in “The Lounge”, the Harts can feel free to invite us over for a pint anytime.
