My Old Scholls house was a labor of love for almost 10 years. We purchased the 1903 farmhouse and went to work on the first phase adding on a large kitchen and master suite. Personal touches were added throughout including a motorized rollup painting that revealed a TV, custom woodwork throughout and of course, a urinal in the master bath, dubbed “Uncle Adam’s super awesome potty by my nephew. The second major addition entailed digging out for a basement (man cave), adding new bedrooms for the girls, a toy room and new extend garage complete with a mock up bowling lane for a work bench.
